The UK self-regulatory system places great emphasis on the prevention of breaches and works to promote high compliance with the Codes. CAP and the Copy Advice team, in cooperation with the ASA, routinely provide advice and training to advertisers, agencies, media owners and legal advisers on advertising regulations and the requirements of the Codes. These range from short and sharp sector specific events to bespoke seminars dedicated to one company and its needs.

CAP and the ASA jointly run these popular advertising claims seminars designed to give an inside track to the regulatory system and the relevant rules of the broadcast and non-broadcast codes to help companies get the most out of their campaigns.
